Speko

Speko is a voice AI platform operated by Speko Group, Inc. from the United States. It provides a hosted, provider-neutral Router at router.speko.dev for speech-to-text, LLM and text-to-speech, with typed contracts and managed routing. A separate Agents API at api.speko.dev handles agents, sessions, phone calls and telephony.

The Router exposes typed operations for model discovery, transcription, synthesis and LLM responses, selecting routes by latency, quality, cost or a balanced objective, or allowing a provider and model to be pinned. Responses report the selected route in structured metadata. The open Speko Gateway runs beside LiveKit or Pipecat, keeps BYOK provider credentials in the customer process, and exposes one local streaming protocol across providers, using provider-direct routes, Speko-managed routes, or both. The public repository owns the canonical wire contract consumed by the hosted Router.

Router is for applications that want Speko to operate the managed data plane; Gateway is for teams that own the conversation loop and want provider-direct streaming or local credential custody. Pricing includes a Router path at a percentage on top of provider rates, a Speko infrastructure path with a per-minute rate covering all three voice-model legs, and an Enterprise path with deployment reviews, dedicated support and a committed monthly minimum.
