Solo is automated software for consumers dealing with debt lawsuits and debt collection. It helps users respond to a lawsuit within the required deadline, negotiate a settlement outside of court, and ask legal and financial questions. The company was founded in 2018 and was formerly known as SoloSuit.
The product includes three main modules: Debt Answer, which generates a response document, has it reviewed by an attorney, and files it with the court; SoloSettle, an AI-powered platform for negotiating settlements with collectors and processing payments; and Solo AI, an assistant for legal and financial questions. Debt Answer is available in Standard and Premium editions, with Premium including attorney review and faster filing. SoloSettle charges a fee based on the settlement outcome, with rates that vary by how much of the debt is settled.
