Gavel Exec helps legal teams review, redline, and draft contracts in Microsoft Word and online, while Gavel Workflows converts intake answers into finished Word documents and PDFs. Gavel Exec includes Draft for precedent-based drafting, Review for tailored contract analysis, Redline for negotiation-ready markups in Word, Playbooks for enforcing contract standards, and Benchmarking for market-based clause comparison. It supports team collaboration through Workspaces, Playbooks, and matter-based Projects with granular access controls. Gavel Workflows offers conditional logic and calculations, encrypted client intake, template-to-workflow conversion, and a legal template library. Integrations include Clio, Docusign, and Zapier.
