Visit SimTK

SimTK is a free project-hosting platform for the biomedical computation community. It provides a place to share software, data and models, track the impact of shared resources, and build a community around projects. Projects can be organized by biological application and computational focus, and individuals use the platform to meet publisher and funding-agency software and data-sharing requirements, run scientific challenges, and collect community resources.

Projects can include cloud-based file storage, version-controlled repositories, wikis, mailing lists, discussion forums and issue trackers. Other capabilities include cloud-based code execution in beta, customizable privacy options, automated statistics for page visits and file downloads, GitHub integration for public repositories, automated backups, DOI assignment for publicly shared resources, project communities, and project recommendations. Projects are searchable by biological application, computational focus and community. The platform is free to use, with no paid editions, trials or seat-based plans described.
