Score My Reviews is an online reputation management platform that helps businesses request and collect customer reviews. From a dashboard, staff enter a customer's name, email and/or mobile number, and the system sends an email, text message, or both asking the customer to leave a review, with automatic follow-up emails included. Customers are directed to review sites such as Google or Facebook, where the review box opens directly, and businesses can optionally route customers with a negative experience to a private feedback form instead, receiving the complaint by email before it is posted publicly.

The platform supports review site selection, review monitoring, and displaying reviews on a business's website.
