RowShare is a collaborative table platform built by SoftFluent, a French software company founded in 2005. It addresses the limitations of spreadsheets when used for team collaboration and data collection, allowing contributors to enter data into shared, structured tables while controlling access at row and column level. It supports workflows across sales, projects, helpdesk, finance, and administrative processes.
Core capabilities include table templates, automatically generated forms, real-time notifications, formulas, pivot tables, linked tables, audit logs, calendar views, archiving, and locked rows. Permissions cover table access, row-level read/write/create/delete/assign rights, and column-level hiding or read-only settings for specific users or groups. Integrations include Microsoft Teams, Excel, Zapier, and thousands of connected apps via Zapier, with AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI by Zapier listed among available connections. Access is available on desktop, mobile, and through Microsoft, Google, or RowShare login.
RowShare is aimed at small to medium businesses and departments within larger organizations. Pricing is seat-based, with Team, Pro, and Enterprise editions; each plan includes five users, with additional seats available at a lower per-seat cost. A 14-day free trial is offered without a credit card, and read-only users are available at no cost. An on-premises version is also available.
