Prezi

The presentation platform built for what happens after you present

Visit Prezi

Prezi is an interactive presentation platform that combines slide creation, live audience participation, and post-session review in one workflow. It addresses the problem of presentations that end when the session does, by letting presenters import existing material, run live activities, and share a single link for continued learning afterward.

Core capabilities include importing PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, PDF, Word, and ChatGPT-generated slides, or generating a draft from a text prompt via Prezi AI. Live activities include polls, quizzes, Q&A, and word clouds that audiences join by scanning a QR code, with no app or account required. After the session, the shared link supports flashcards, self-tests, podcasts, narrated video, and transcripts. Results are shown by question, with audience questions ranked by upvotes and an end-of-session feedback digest. Prezi also supports SCORM export to an LMS with completion data, and exports to PowerPoint (PPTX) and PDF. Integrations include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex. The platform is SOC 2 compliant.

Prezi is designed for trainers, teachers, professors, and teams running onboarding or training sessions. It is available with a free plan that requires no credit card, and Prezi AI can be explored for free with AI credits, with upgrades available for unlimited use.
