PresEngage is a presentation platform that adds live AI question-and-answer to talks. Audiences join from any browser via QR code, direct link, or a Zoom or Google Meet side-panel, then ask questions that are answered from the presenter's own uploaded deck. It also captures audience contacts for follow-up and lead generation.
Core capabilities include the AI Co-Presenter, which answers in 100+ languages and cites the slide each answer came from; Audience Intelligence analytics covering engagement metrics, question themes, and sentiment; Smart Follow-Up for automated post-presentation outreach; Smart Prompt nudges for quiet attendees; Calls to Action; Digital Wallet contact cards; and a private Rehearse mode. It works with PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, PDFs, Canva, and Prezi, and connects to Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoTo Meeting, RingCentral, Slack, and YouTube. Leads flow to Salesforce and 8,000+ apps through Zapier. An optional pay-per-use SMS and WhatsApp add-on supports in-person rooms.
PresEngage is aimed at presenters, educators, and sales teams. A free plan covers unlimited presentations and AI Q&A for up to 25 audience connections in total, with the first talk unlimited. A 14-day trial of all presenter tools requires no credit card. Paid editions are organized by delivery channel: Present Online, Present In-Person, and Present Everywhere, with unlimited audience members, white-label branding, and a custom domain on paid plans. SMS and WhatsApp are billed per connected member. A lifetime deal is also available through AppSumo.
