Core capabilities include scheduling and visit tracking with report cards for walking, sitting, overnights, daycare, training, and grooming; automated invoicing with reminders and payment tracking; client management and communication tools; and team management with reporting and analytics. A client-facing pet parent portal lets pet parents manage scheduling, pay bills, update profiles, and receive report cards through an in-app messenger.
It is aimed at solo operators through multi-location businesses. Pricing is a single flat plan with all features included, billed monthly or yearly, with the same rate regardless of team size. A 30-day free trial follows an onboarding session that includes account setup, client data import, and a training session at no additional cost. Pet parents paying through the platform incur a service fee, which can be adjusted by the business; payments made outside the platform are not subject to it.
