Pembee is a booking management system for classes, courses, workshops, clubs and camps. It replaces spreadsheets and separate ticketing tools by handling bookings, attendance registers, payments and customer messaging in one place, with a hosted booking page, a self-service customer portal and automatic waitlists.
Features include customizable registration forms, attendance rosters, session passes and class packs, monthly subscriptions, trial tickets, discount codes, booking reminders, automatic tax collection, customizable site themes, and payment support for Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. The Premium edition adds waitlists, automated cart reminders and trial follow-ups, a custom web address, conversion tracking with Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Pixel, monthly transaction reports, customer account credit, and Zapier integration. Payments run through Stripe, with an application fee on online payments in addition to Stripe's processing fees.
Pembee is aimed at class organisers across sectors including fitness, after-school programmes, dance, gymnastics and holiday camps. It is offered on a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, billed monthly or yearly, in two editions: Standard and Premium. Standard supports up to 4 admin users, while Premium supports unlimited admin users.
