NabShift is a shift-coverage layer for security staffing companies that runs alongside existing scheduling, payroll, billing, patrol or HR systems. Dispatch posts a shift with venue, date, roles and required certifications; only qualified, eligible, opted-in guards receive the broadcast, and dispatch can see exactly who was skipped and why. Guards claim a post by replying to an SMS (e.g. CLAIM ARMORY) or from a map view, with optional claim approval so vetted posts queue as requests until dispatch confirms. Attendance is verified with one-time GPS check-in and check-out at shift edges (never continuous tracking) or a texted check-in that logs time only; both feed live roll call and timesheets. Coverage reports, attendance evidence, photos and shift/incident reports roll into a client-forwardable email. The admin backend works identically on desktop and mobile.
