Hosts submit private 5-star ratings across Payments, House Rules, Maintenance & Cleanliness and Communications, plus a "would rent again" answer, while renter names are visible in search and host names are not. Lookups are done by name and date of birth. The platform also offers advanced analytics and renter insights in a dashboard, including sentiment trends, property health scores, financial performance and top-performing renters, along with per-renter performance reports available as downloadable PDFs. It runs as a mobile-optimized web app requiring no download.
