Marker.io is a website feedback and bug reporting tool that lets clients, testers, and stakeholders submit annotated screenshots and feedback on live, staging, or UAT sites without creating an account. It replaces ad-hoc emails and documents with structured issues that carry technical context, helping teams reproduce and resolve website bugs.
The feedback widget installs via a snippet, CMS plugin (including WordPress and Shopify), Google Tag Manager, Segment, or a browser extension. Issues automatically capture screenshots, annotations, network logs, console errors, and environment data such as browser, OS, and screen size, with a JavaScript SDK for custom metadata. A native session replay feature records reporter activity before submission. Two-way integrations sync issues to tools including Jira, Trello, Asana, GitHub, Linear, ClickUp, Monday.com, Notion, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Slack, and Zapier. Beta AI features include translation, magic rewrite, and title generation. Analytics track project activity, and privacy tools support data obfuscation.
