LuaCAD
Scriptable CAD with Lua for parametric 2D and 3D models
LuaCAD embeds Lua 5.4 in a Rust engine that evaluates CSG operations directly (via Manifold) or generates OpenSCAD code for external rendering. Lua is used because its syntax is similar to the OpenSCAD language, with operator overloading for CSG syntax (a + b, a - b, a * b), and it is described as more powerful, consistent, faster, and easily embeddable. Lua is already used in other CAD software such as LibreCAD and Autodesk Netfabb.
