LotusPay is a cloud-based recurring payments platform for businesses in India, built on NPCI's eNACH network. It addresses the complexity of automating bank-to-bank collections for loans, insurance, subscriptions, education fees, and similar recurring obligations, enabling secure debit mandates with scheduled auto-debits and same-day settlement.
The platform provides an API for mandate processing, instant mandate activation via net banking and debit card, and a dashboard for real-time tracking of mandates, payments, and settlements. Customers authorize mandates through branded, mobile- and web-friendly forms or payment links sent via email or SMS, with email and webhook notifications for status updates. LotusPay supports fixed, variable, and ad-hoc payment plans, bulk mandate creation and migration, sponsor bank integration with dynamic mandate allocation, and bank-grade encryption.
LotusPay serves businesses across finance, lending, insurance, healthcare, education, technology, SaaS, and investments. It offers two editions: Standard, with transaction-based pricing per mandate registration, cancellation, and transaction, and Pro, with tiered volume-based rates per mandate and transaction. Both editions include onboarding and integration support; Pro adds an enterprise partnership.
