Koofr is a European cloud storage service for saving, syncing, backing up and sharing files across devices. It connects to external cloud accounts such as Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive, and offers a unified search across them, alongside a client-side encrypted Vault for sensitive files. Data is stored in EU-based data centers, and the service does not use third-party tracking tools or ads.
Features include automatic mobile media backup, two-way desktop synchronization, file versioning, 30-day deleted file recovery, and sharing via expiring or permanent links with permissions. It supports WebDAV and Rclone, offers Microsoft Office for the web, an image editor, PDF management, duplicate and empty folder finders, and space usage analysis. Two-factor authentication is available through TOTP apps and Passkeys (FIDO2). Access runs through browsers, desktop apps for Windows, Mac and Linux, and mobile apps for iOS, Android and Huawei.
Koofr is aimed at individuals and organizations managing files across multiple devices and cloud accounts. A free plan provides 10 GB of storage with limited sharing and one Vault Safe Box. Paid plans are grouped into Briefcase, Suitcase and Crate editions with increasing storage, Vault Safe Boxes, external cloud connections and daily transfer limits, available as yearly subscriptions. Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed on any account.
