JabuPay is a cash digitisation and payments platform for businesses and banks in Africa. It converts physical cash into digital funds at the point of deposit, giving companies real-time visibility and control over cash, card, and mobile money flows across multiple locations.
The platform combines five connected solutions: JabuSafe, an enterprise smart safe that credits deposits to a JabuPay wallet instantly; JabuPay, a digital wallet for moving funds and collecting mobile money from any provider; JabuTap, a card terminal; mobile money collection; and batch disbursements for bulk employee payments. An admin dashboard provides real-time transaction tracking, multi-location views, analytics, and automated reports exportable to CSV or PDF. JabuSafe includes insurance, armed CIT collections, cash advance access, automated reconciliation, and on-site maintenance, with rural deposits supported even without WiFi.
JabuPay targets cash-intensive industries including fuel and energy, QSR and hospitality, FMCG and distribution, wholesale, and banks and financial institutions. JabuSafe is packaged as a monthly fee covering the machine, insurance, CIT collections, training, and support, with note capacity options of 6,500 and 12,500. The platform operates in Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, with additional markets listed as coming soon.
