InkyBay

InkyBay is a product customization app for Shopify and BigCommerce stores that lets customers design their own products directly on the storefront using text, graphics, and uploaded images. Merchants manage the resulting work from a back end that handles orders, quotes, and production-ready files.

The Visual Product Designer supports font, color, text shape, outline, position, and size controls, along with editing of uploaded photos. The Product Configurator handles multi-panel products with color and style options and relations between sides. Extended Conditional Product Options adds unlimited conditional sub-options with real-time image previews and custom CSS, while Extensive Customization Pricing covers print type, design count, size ranges, per-square-inch, fixed, and per-location pricing with live price updates and quantity discounts. Pre-designed Templates let merchants define restricted templates and defaults. Print-ready SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG files download after an order is placed.

InkyBay is installed from the Shopify or BigCommerce app store and integrates with the store theme. It is packaged in four editions with a flat monthly fee and no sales commission, transaction fee, or revenue sharing, plus a 21-day free trial. Editions differ by media storage, custom order access duration, number of customizable products, monthly custom orders, and print locations, with higher tiers adding features such as Edit from Cart.
