Informizely is a survey platform for collecting customer feedback inside websites, web apps and emails. It addresses the need to ask visitors questions in context, capturing the reasons behind behavior that analytics alone does not explain, and to act on those responses to improve conversion, products and services.
Surveys can be delivered as slide-in and pop-up website widgets, exit-intent pop-ups, inline embedded elements, full-page link surveys, email questions and a feedback button. Answer types include NPS, CSAT, Customer Effort Score, ratings, rankings and freeform text, with skip logic and detailed styling controls. Responses are analyzed in a reporting dashboard with word clouds, filters and charts, and can be exported or accessed through a Reporting API, Webhooks and a Widget API. Integrations include Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Zapier, Slack, MailChimp, Intercom, FullStory and SessionCam, among others.
Informizely is aimed at teams working on customer experience, product and marketing insights. It is packaged in Professional, Business and Enterprise editions with monthly, quarterly and yearly billing, each with a set number of monthly responses and differing administrator, integration and feature allowances. A free trial provides access to Enterprise features without requiring a credit card.
