Hookdeck

Reliable webhook infrastructure

Visit Hookdeck

Hookdeck is an event gateway for receiving, processing, and delivering webhooks and external events. It handles inbound events before they reach an application, with filtering, transformation, routing, rate control, retries, and replay, while providing observability into delivery and queue behavior. It also supports outbound webhook delivery through Outpost, which can be managed or self-hosted, and includes tools for testing and debugging webhooks locally or as a team.

The platform includes an Event Gateway for inbound events, Outpost for outbound delivery, a CLI for receiving and debugging webhooks on localhost, a console for previewing and inspecting payloads, and Radar for alerts on third-party webhook latency. Connections, transformations, delivery groups, and issues management are core modules, with integrations for Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Better Stack Uptime, incident.io, and Sentry. Metrics cover latency, throughput, error rates, and backpressure, with export to supported observability platforms. Security features include SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, HIPAA compliance, MFA, SSO, and SCIM.

Hookdeck is aimed at engineering teams building event-driven applications that depend on reliable webhook handling. It is packaged as a free Developer plan, a Team plan with pay-as-you-go usage, a Growth plan with SLAs and advanced compliance, and a custom Enterprise edition. A 14-day trial is available, and event pricing is usage-based, with retries included in the event cost.
