Open source event ticketing with your own branding
Hi.Events is an open-source event ticketing platform for concerts, conferences, festivals, club nights and similar events. It lets organizers create customizable event pages, embed ticket widgets on their own sites, check attendees in at the door, and receive payouts directly into their own Stripe account as tickets sell. The platform is self-hostable under AGPL-3.0, with optional annual commercial licences for removing branding and for commercial use.
Core capabilities include instant Stripe payouts, branded checkout, embeddable widgets for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and other sites, affiliate and promoter tracking, ticket add-ons, promo codes, waitlists, shared capacity, registration questions, invoicing, offline payments, attendee messaging, multi-language checkout, and QR code check-in via phone camera or USB scanner. Scheduling supports single dates and recurring patterns up to 1,200 sessions. Reports cover daily sales, tax, fees, product breakdowns and promo code performance, exportable as CSV. Webhooks and CSV exports support integration with other systems.
Hi.Events is aimed at organizers, venues, festivals, agencies and platforms running ticketing for themselves or clients. There is no monthly fee for the hosted service; paid tickets incur a per-ticket fee that can be passed to buyers or absorbed. Self-hosting is free under AGPL-3.0 with branding retained. Annual commercial licences are available in Standard and Platform editions, with discounts for non-profits, education and eligible regions.
