Buyers can purchase tickets without creating an account, and ticket funds are held in a dedicated escrowed bank account with payouts made twice monthly.
The platform includes a customisable event mini-site, branded e-tickets and badges, a ticket widget embeddable in an existing website, and customisable confirmation emails. Its modules cover access control (weezaccess), cashless payments (weezpay), staff and accreditation management (weezcrew), and marketing and CRM (weeztarget), with audience segmentation, email, SMS and push notifications, and real-time tracking. Access control and cashless payments work both online and offline.
Weezevent serves organisers of all sizes across sectors including festivals, concerts, conferences, workshops, sporting events and exhibitions. Registration is free with no subscription or commitment, and events are free to create; paid online tickets incur a percentage fee plus a fixed amount per ticket, with bank fees included. Free events cost nothing to run, and earnings are paid out every 15 days.
