Groestlcoin (GRS) is a cryptocurrency launched on 22 March 2014, designed for fast, secure transactions with very low fees. It supports SEGWIT, TAPROOT and the Lightning Network, enabling instant payments, scalability and Atomic Swaps. Major development releases are published every 3 months.
The project offers multi-platform wallets for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS and Web, along with paper and hardware wallet options. It includes a blockchain explorer, testnet and signet environments, and a range of utility applications such as the BIP39 Tool, Broadcast Tool, Sentinel, Electrum Personal Server, Groestlcoin Miner and GRSpay. Mining pools and exchange integrations are also listed. The maximum coin supply is 105,000,000 GRS, with a block time of 1 minute and a fixed 5 GRS block reward.
