Gem is an AI-first recruiting platform that combines an applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management, sourcing, scheduling, fraud detection, and pipeline analytics in one connected system. It is designed to help talent acquisition teams source candidates, manage requisitions from job post to offer, keep talent pipelines warm, schedule interviews, and report on hiring performance.
Key capabilities include the AI Sourcing Agent, which searches a large profile database and existing ATS and CRM records using natural-language criteria, plus a Chrome extension for adding profiles from LinkedIn and other sites. The AI Application Review Agent ranks applicants with explanations, while the AI Fraud Detection Agent flags potentially fraudulent candidates. Other modules cover CRM nurture sequences, ATS workflow management, automated interview scheduling, and analytics for forecasting and pipeline visibility. Integrations connect Gem with existing recruiting tools, and the platform supports Gmail and Outlook through secure API-based authentication.
Gem is aimed at talent acquisition teams, from startups to larger organizations. It is offered in two configurations: Gem + Your ATS, which layers sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and analytics onto an existing applicant tracking system, and Gem All-in-One, which combines ATS, CRM, and AI in a single platform. Pricing is custom and based on company FTE count, with startup pricing available.
