EZ File Drop is a file collection tool that uses branded upload forms to deliver submissions into your own cloud storage, including Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, and FTP/SFTP. Files can be routed to specific folders, organized into dynamic subfolders based on form data, and renamed on upload. Additional capabilities include a submissions inbox with sorting, filtering, and CSV export, form insights tracking views, scans, conversion rates, and traffic sources, Google Sheets integration, and notifications for uploaders, team members, and third-party recipients. Forms can be shared via standalone links, embed codes, or QR codes, with controls for upload size limits, file type restrictions, password protection, scheduling, submission caps, and CAPTCHA. Integrations include Zapier and outbound webhooks, and cloud connections use OAuth2 authentication.
