EPIM (EssentialPIM)
Email and personal organization for Windows.
EPIM (EssentialPIM) is a Windows personal organizer that combines email, calendars, tasks, notes, contacts, and passwords into a single application. It solves the problem of managing scattered information across multiple tools by storing all data in a local database on the user's device, with optional synchronization to cloud services and mobile devices.
The application includes modules for email management, calendar scheduling, task organization with Kanban boards, rich text and Markdown notes, contact management, and an encrypted password store. It offers synchronization with Google, Microsoft 365, iCloud, Nextcloud, ownCloud, CalDAV/CardDAV, and EPIM Cloud, as well as direct sync with Android and iOS devices. Additional capabilities include tags and cross-linking between items, templates, automatic backup, portable mode, and support for importing and exporting data in formats such as CSV, ICS, VCF, HTML, PDF, and EML.
EPIM is available in a free edition called EPIM Mail, which includes all core modules with essential features. EPIM Pro adds advanced organization, synchronization, backup, and priority support, offered as an annual subscription or a perpetual license. EPIM Pro Business provides team collaboration through EPIM Server with shared databases and user access rights, also available as an annual subscription or perpetual license. All paid editions offer a 30-day free trial.
