Core capabilities include a workout program builder, nutrition program builder, appointment booking, progress tracking, built-in CRM, client messaging, habit tracking, recurring questionnaires, and a client mobile app for iOS and Android. AI features include ChatGPT and Claude connections, built-in AI, and advanced AI on higher tiers. Integrations cover Stripe, Zapier, Make, Google Calendar, Notion, Google Drive, Apple Health, and Google Health. A white-label custom coach app is available on higher plans.
