Online booking software for appointments through a single public link
EAZbook is an online booking system from ACL Software BV that lets businesses publish a single public link where customers choose a service and a time without creating an account. Opening hours and services are configured once, and bookings are checked against available resources such as people, rooms and tables so the same slot cannot be taken twice. Customers can reschedule or cancel themselves through a link in their confirmation, which returns the slot to the booking page immediately.
The platform supports multiple services on one link, custom questions at booking time, business-wide and per-service opening hours, and a shared diary for the team. Bookings can require approval before they count, and deposits can be collected through a Stripe account. The booking page is available in eight languages, displays times in the visitor's timezone, and can be embedded into an existing website with a script tag. Staff accounts carry role-based permissions.
EAZbook is aimed at small businesses and teams that take appointments. It is packaged as a free plan covering one service and a small number of members, a per-company Team plan with unlimited members and services, and a Studio edition that adds other products from the same vendor. Billing is per company rather than per seat, with no minimum term; prices exclude VAT.
