EagleCSV is a free desktop application for macOS (Apple Silicon) that allows users to view and edit CSV files. It supports multiple windows, column types (Text, Number, Date, Time), and keyboard shortcuts. The developer notes that it is a replacement for the discontinued EagleData product, rebuilt from scratch using PureBasic.
