Access is managed through zones, reporting levels and role-based access control with a shared audit trail. Integrations include connectors for SaaS applications, cloud platforms, hypervisors, identity providers and third-party ITAM systems such as SCCM and Intune, alongside ServiceNow CMDB synchronisation. AI features cover Shadow AI detection, agent tool call auditing and quota tracking.
