Automated Operations
Infrastructure context for AI agents
Automated Operations is a platform that provides infrastructure context for AI agents. It installs a lightweight Toolkit on the user's infrastructure (cloud, Kubernetes, data centers, edge) which auto-discovers the stack and creates a secure outbound connection to AO Cloud. AO Cloud maps, tags, and learns the relationships across infrastructure, then serves enriched context to AI agents via an MCP endpoint. The platform includes policy enforcement (allow/deny/require approval), audit logging with SIEM export, SSO/SCIM for identity, and approval routing through existing tools like Slack, PagerDuty, or Linear. It works with any MCP-compatible agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, Zed, VS Code) and integrates with major cloud providers, Kubernetes, observability tools, and workflow systems.
