Zelos
The data platform for hardware systems
Zelos is a data platform for hardware systems that brings live telemetry, device logs, recorded runs, test results, and team context into a single workspace. It addresses the problem of evidence for a system-wide event being split across disconnected tools, requiring engineers to export, convert, align timestamps, and write scripts to rebuild the full picture. The platform covers the hardware lifecycle from prototype to production, and is available for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
Features include native integrations for CAN, Modbus, OPC UA, EtherCAT, and serial, configurable signal streaming, customizable panels, shared layouts, and scope-style paired cursors for timing measurements. Runs can be captured as portable traces, compared side by side, and annotated with comments and verdicts. Time-aware tests express limits across live and recorded data, while validated controls sit alongside the data. Natural-language queries search signals and return pass/fail checks. SDKs are available for Python, Rust, and Go, with terminal and CI automation, and extensions can be installed or built. Data stays local by default, with AI requests using zero-data-retention processing.
Zelos is aimed at engineering teams developing and operating hardware, spanning firmware development, system validation, and production operations. The app is offered free for macOS, Windows, and Linux, and a demo can be requested.
