Writify is a service for sending handwritten cards and envelopes at scale. Messages are written by a machine using a real pen, and each card can be personalised with text variables so that every message differs. Cards can be sent in bulk or through an API, with address data uploaded and checked before dispatch.
Cards can be written in more than 20 handwriting styles or in your own handwriting. Designs can be uploaded or selected from standard templates, in A6 or A5 format with envelope, or as a postcard. QR codes can be generated and scan counts tracked. The service also supports adding items such as seeds, business cards or gift cards to a shipment, and sends internationally.
Writify is aimed at businesses using cards for B2B acquisition, events, loyalty, reactivation and B2C outreach. There is no subscription; payment is based on the number of cards effectively sent, with API campaigns billed monthly per campaign according to volume tier. A free trial card is available, and cards can also be ordered individually and shipped in a box.
