Workona
Organize your tabs into a dedicated space for each project
Workona is a browser extension for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge that organizes open tabs into project-based spaces, keeping only the current space's tabs visible while others remain a click away. Tabs are autosaved, backed up for up to 90 days, and synced across devices, with tab suspension to reduce memory use and universal search across tabs and spaces.
Spaces can connect Google Drive folders, Slack channels, and task lists from Asana, ClickUp, Monday, and Trello, plus links to resources like Figma and Confluence. Team features include shared spaces, space templates, doc templates, real-time collaboration, and automation to auto-create spaces and app content via Zapier. Enterprise plans add admin controls, SSO, and SCIM.
Workona is packaged in three editions: Pro for individual use, Team for collaboration with a minimum of three users, and Enterprise for organizational deployment.
