The platform includes modules for financial planning, workforce planning, operational planning, and close and consolidation, alongside AI-powered planning capabilities and a personalized interface. It integrates with enterprise data sources and is part of the broader Workday ecosystem, which includes Workday AI agents, Workday Data Cloud, and Sana for search, agents, and learning. AI agents are grounded in Workday data and constrained by customer-defined guardrails.
Adaptive Planning is designed for organizations of all sizes, from small and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises, across industries and geographies. AI capabilities are available through Workday Flex Credits, a usage-based pricing model in which credits are purchased annually in bulk and consumed when agents or platform capabilities are used in production. Complimentary Flex Credits are offered based on company size for testing agents in production and non-production environments.
