Wordsmith
The legal front door that does the work.
Wordsmith is an AI platform for in-house legal teams that captures, triages, resolves and records legal requests from across the business, while supporting contract drafting, review and research. It centralises intake from teams such as sales, procurement and HR, applies the team's rules and playbooks, and routes matters to the right people, pulling context from connected systems as it goes.
The platform includes Intake for request handling and routing, contract review and redlining in Microsoft Word, Ask Legal in Slack and Microsoft Teams, and email support in Outlook and Gmail. It connects to repositories such as iManage, SharePoint and Google Drive, and to tools including Salesforce, Ironclad, HubSpot, Jira and Attio via native connectors, MCP, API, Zapier and n8n. Usage & Value reports estimated hours, cost and capacity using configurable rates and assumptions. Security features include SOC 2 Type II certification, GDPR compliance, encryption, SSO and zero data retention with AI providers.
Wordsmith is aimed at in-house legal departments. It offers a free trial, with Pro and Enterprise plans available; enterprise accounts include white-glove implementation.
