The product includes Employee Success, which covers OKR management, performance reviews, one-on-ones, and continuous feedback; Employee Garrison, for employee information access, organizational structure, leave management, and calendars; and UpRaise People, which centralizes employee data within the Atlassian stack. It integrates with Jira and is available for Jira Cloud, Data Center, and Server, as well as a SaaS edition.
