Restaurants receive a set number of new creators each month, along with text-message updates about bookings and posts, and an analytics dashboard for reporting. The service is currently available in Southern California, with expansion to other cities underway.
The platform includes a fully managed creator flow, a dedicated account support team, and an assistant accessible over text for asking questions and requesting that specific menu items be highlighted in creator videos. Creators join for free through iMessage and receive weekly restaurant invitations. Restaurants can choose between monthly and quarterly billing, with a month-to-month plan that includes five local creators per month, the analytics dashboard, and dedicated support; there are no contracts and cancellation is available at any time.
