It supports formats including traditional one-on-one, group mentoring, peer-to-peer learning, reverse mentorship, employee resource groups, and flash mentoring, alongside Colleague Connect for peer learning and Coffee Chats for informal virtual connections.
Core capabilities include a customizable matching algorithm, program templates with pre-built matching rules and agendas, Health Monitor tools that flag matches with low session scores, reporting on participation and goal completion, and custom surveys. Integrations cover HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, UKG, Oracle, and UltiPro; calendars and video tools including Outlook, Google Workspace, Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet; and Slack for notifications. An Absorb LMS integration and REST APIs for users and reports are available, with SAML and SSO support and SOC 2 certification.
