Tapni

Tapni is a digital business card platform that replaces traditional paper cards with a reusable NFC card and a free mobile app. Users create a profile in the app, then share their contact details, links, and other information by tapping the card against a smartphone or by having the recipient scan a built-in QR code. The recipient receives the details directly on their phone without needing to install any app. Profile information can be updated at any time in the app, so the printed card never goes out of date.

The platform offers two card types: a standard NFC card and a premium metal card with custom engraving. Key capabilities include NFC tap and QR code sharing, custom printing with logos and branding, and a personal profile page. For teams and businesses, Tapni provides a Business plan with a team dashboard, lead capture, shared branding, CRM integrations, wallet passes, admin controls, and analytics. Integrations include major CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as identity providers like Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, and Slack. Enterprise features include SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning, advanced CRM mapping, and role-based permissions.

Tapni is designed for individuals, teams, and larger organizations. Individuals can purchase a card as a one-time payment, with volume discounts available for orders of ten or more cards. A free app is available for profile setup and management. The Tapni Pro upgrade adds advanced analytics, smart reminders, multiple profiles, and custom links. The Tapni Business plan is billed per user per year and includes a free NFC card and Tapni Pro features for each user. Enterprise pricing is available on request.
