It brings rostering, timesheets, payroll and HR into a single system to automate correct pay rates and help employers stay compliant with Fair Work rules and Modern Award pay conditions.
The Workforce Management module covers demand-based rostering, leave and unavailability, overtime and break compliance, and an employee time clock. Payroll supports automated pay changes, STP filing, and timesheet-driven pay runs. HR includes hiring and onboarding, two-way performance reviews, digital training and induction tools, customisable written warnings, and qualification management. Employee Self Service lets staff update personal and bank details, submit tax file information, access payslips, and manage qualifications from a single profile.
