It addresses the need to run surveys and interpret the data without manual statistical work, using an Automatic Analysis Engine that identifies correlations and significance testing alongside standard reporting.
Core capabilities include all question types, page and question logic, piping, question randomisation, conjoint questions, custom URLs, SSL security, real-time results, filtering and cross-tabulation, chart creation, downloadable responses, PDF results, SPSS integration and custom reports. Surveys can be deployed via pop-up, social media or email invitations, with access to a worldwide panel of respondents for ordered samples. A Maximizer CRM integration is also referenced.
It is aimed at organisations and researchers running surveys, from small projects to larger studies. Packaging includes a free plan with limits on questions and responses per survey, plus Corporate and Professional, Group and Own Brand editions with unlimited questions and responses, priced on contact. Paid tiers add phone support, white-label reports and unlimited email invitations; questionnaire review is available as an add-on.
