It addresses the loss of guest data when bookings are intermediated by third-party sites.
Features include branded splash pages with verified email collection, an email template builder with automations and analytics, SMS journeys with rate and review screening, a guest HomePage for upsells and property information, and WiFi monitoring with outage and dynamic occupancy alerts. It integrates with numerous PMS platforms, email marketing tools, upsell partners, digital guidebooks, and other software via Zapier.
StayFi is aimed at vacation rental operators, multi-family and small hotels, and existing Ubiquiti UniFi users. It is packaged as pay-as-you-go pricing with WiFi features, free email marketing up to a contact threshold, an Email Plus tier, and usage-based SMS credits; hardware such as StayFi Express and Aginet access points is sold separately, and demos are available by listing count.
