SoftCo is an AI-native accounts payable and procure-to-pay automation platform designed for complex, multi-entity finance environments. It addresses challenges such as operating across multiple ERPs, entities, currencies and jurisdictions, handling high exception rates and complex matching, meeting audit and tax compliance requirements, and integrating acquisitions or scaling shared services.
The platform is modular, with AP Automation and P2P Automation modules covering invoice capture, matching, coding, routing and approval, as well as requisition-to-payment procurement control. SoftCo Capture extracts structured data from PDFs, scanned paper, EDI feeds, email bodies and e-invoicing formats. AI features include an intelligent matching engine, intelligent coding and routing, GenAI and analytics, and AI fraud prevention, with auditable models and traceable recommendations. It integrates with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor and other ERPs through certified connectors and an enterprise iPaaS layer, and includes e-invoicing connectivity for global mandates. Analytics include pre-built AP reports embedded in the workflow. The platform runs on AWS with single-tenant, isolated database architecture.
SoftCo is aimed at finance teams, including CFOs, controllers and AP managers, working in high-volume, multi-entity operations.
