Sila

Sila is a messaging app for teams and AI agents that work within the same conversations. Users sign up with a phone number, sync contacts, and message teammates, customers, and AI contacts in one space. AI Contacts can be created to handle tasks such as search, research, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, emails, images and videos, reminders, websites, programs, and apps, and can be messaged proactively, redirected mid-task, edited with a restart, reacted to, and handed off between contacts. Sila connects to 1000+ apps and supports multiple AI models without provider lock-in, and offers instant messaging and calling with team members and customers.

Sila is packaged in a Free plan with unlimited members and invites, limited AI Contact runs on free models, and base AI models; Sila Pro and Sila Max add credits, higher usage, frontier models, unlimited AI Contact creation and sharing, team usage analytics, and agentic search; and an Enterprise edition for organizations adds unlimited members, pooled usage, SSO, SAML, SCIM, admin roles, Enterprise Data Protection, and custom contracts. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is not used for model training, and workspace data remains owned by the customer.
