Rote is a software platform for auto repair shops that helps manage supplement work on insurance claims. It addresses the time and revenue lost to short pays and disputed lines by having AI agents audit the carrier's estimate against P-pages, OEM procedures, and DEG precedent, then draft cited responses and track each claim round through to payment. The shop forwards the carrier's estimate email and approves each draft; all correspondence is sent under the shop's own name.
The platform reads estimates from CCC/MOTOR, Mitchell, and Audatex, reconciling disputed lines and drafting supplement packets, rebuttal responses, and follow-ups queued to the carrier's response clock. It logs every exchange into an organized, time-stamped record and reconciles approved supplements against the repair order, producing an escalation file for an appraiser or attorney when needed. Rote is software only and does not act as a public adjuster, appraiser, or claims representative.
Rote is built for collision repair shops and their estimators. It is currently in private beta, with demos booked as 30-minute sessions; the site describes a flat subscription model but does not publish specific plan tiers or pricing.
