Roster is a platform for running ambassador, affiliate, and creator programs for DTC and ecommerce brands. It brings recruitment, content licensing, rewards, payouts, and referral revenue tracking into one system, replacing separate tools for each program type. It connects to Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Wix, and headless storefronts for tracking and discount codes, with a REST API as a fallback.
Core capabilities include an ambassador CRM with member profiles, custom properties, segmentation, and bulk actions; unique referral links and discount codes tied to orders; commissions, points, milestone tiers, and automated bulk payouts through PayPal or Venmo; product seeding with Shopify fulfillment; and social listening across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X. Creator Discovery searches Meta's Instagram Creator Marketplace, and the Meta Partnerships Hub handles creator permissions for partnership ads. Klaviyo syncs ambassadors as profiles and triggers email and SMS flows from Roster events. A read-only MCP server connects the program to Claude and ChatGPT, and Zapier plus a REST API cover additional automation.
Roster is packaged as flat monthly plans with no commission on sales, including Starter and Growth editions, with unlimited ambassadors on every plan. Starter covers one program, campaigns, actions, recruiting, CRM, rewards, payouts, attribution, fraud protection, and integrations. Growth adds more programs, campaigns, actions, and Creator Discovery.
