Rentler is an online property management platform for landlords and tenants, founded in 2012 and based in Utah. It addresses the time-consuming parts of renting by bringing listings, applications, screenings, rent payments, and maintenance into one place. Landlords can list properties and manage them directly, while tenants can search listings, apply, and pay rent online.

Landlords get listings, applications, screenings, online rent payments, maintenance requests, messaging, automatic late fees, multiple bank accounts, and a Rentability Report. Tenants can search listings, submit applications, pay rent online, and report rent payments to credit bureaus. Legal forms are also available. Rentler integrates with TurboTenant, so listings added from a TurboTenant account appear on Rentler. A mobile app supports searching for rentals on the go.

The platform is free to join for both landlords and tenants, with landlords able to add and manage properties at no cost. Certain features carry charges, including tenant applications, digital forms, online payment processing, the Rentability Report, and listing enhancements. Tenants can also opt into monthly rent reporting.
