It supports conferences, workshops, camps, classes, retreats, and similar events, handling tasks such as group registrations, waitlists, session reservations, digital waivers, and membership management.
Core capabilities include the Real View drag-and-drop page builder with branding controls and conditional logic, an Event CRM, a Check-In App with QR code scanning, badge printing, the Engage attendee event app, text messaging, payment plans, coupons, add-on sales, and Mobile Pay Pass onsite payments. Reporting includes real-time analytics, exports, and integrations with external tools, alongside fraud prevention, attendee verification, and a private REST API. Payments run through an in-house processor with weekly or monthly payouts, and pages are secured with 128-bit encryption on a PCI-compliant network.
RegFox is aimed at event organizers, agencies, education and training providers, camps, and religious or corporate events. It is packaged as pay-as-you-go with no membership fees or contracts: a free account can be created, and a per-registrant fee applies to paid registrations, capped at a maximum amount per registrant. Unlimited administrators, editors, and users can be invited to an account.
