RadiAnt DICOM Viewer is a desktop application for Windows that opens, displays and manipulates medical images in DICOM format. It supports many imaging modalities (CT, MR, PET-CT, ultrasound, X-ray, etc.), offers tools for zooming, panning, brightness/contrast adjustment, measurements, and includes advanced features such as multiplanar reconstructions (MPR), 3D volume rendering, PET-CT fusion, and DSA. It can query and retrieve studies from PACS servers and store them in a local archive. The software is designed to be lightweight (installer ~7 MB) and runs on Windows 7 through 11, including native ARM64. It is developed by Medixant, a small company based in Poznań, Poland, founded in 2011.
